Product information "BRESSER Space Explorer MC 90/1250 Automatic-Telescope"
Who hasn't dreamed of a trip to the stars? The BRESSER Space Explorer MC 90/1250 automatic telescope will take you on an exciting journey into space. The telescope is easy to use, even for beginners - after aligning with one, two or three stars, you can choose an object from the 270,000 pre-installed celestial objects. Whether you want to observe a fascinating gas planet or a bright deep-sky object, the telescope will automatically move to your desired target. Thanks to the built-in motors in both axes of the azimuthal mount, the target object is automatically tracked so that you can sit back and enjoy the night sky.

Explore the night sky with the Maksutov telescope

Featuring a long focal length of 1250 mm, this telescope is ideal for making exciting discoveries in the solar system and beyond. Take a close look at the gas clouds on Jupiter, or watch the rings of Saturn through the telescope for the first time with your own eyes. Thanks to the 90 mm aperture, the telescope collects about 165 times more light than the human eye. However, it's not just the planets that look stunning through the high-quality optics. It's also worth venturing further afield into space: marvel at the sight of the Orion Nebula, 1,344 light years from Earth, or the famous Ring Nebula M57 in the constellation Lyra. The two included eyepieces with 25 mm and 12.5 mm focal lengths will show you these objects and many others at 50 or 100 times magnification. And because the best observation spots are usually not found in your immediate vicinity, the telescope features a compact Cassegrain design for easy transport. If there is a stable table at your observation site, you can even leave the tripod at home.

Everything you need for exploring the night sky

The telescope also allows you to capture images of the night sky. Simply attach the smartphone holder to the eyepiece, and take snapshots of planets, open star clusters and other night sky objects. The telescope is also ideal for observing and taking photos of the moon. In order to comfortably watch Earth's natural satellite through your Maksutov-Cassegrain telescope, it is best to use the included moon filter. The moon filter darkens the image slightly and increases the contrast to provide a more comfortable view. Perfect for exploring fascinating moon craters, lunar seas and shadows in the twilight zone! The telescope also comes with a star chart to help you navigate the night sky with its mythically named constellations.

Discover the night sky with ease with the BRESSER Space Explorer MC 90/1250 automatic telescope - also ideal for beginners!

BRESSER Messier NT-203/1000 Hexafoc EXOS-2 GoTo Telescope
NEW – now including a high-quality aperture Solar-filter for safe observation of sunspots, eclipses and planet transits. Great telescope for night and solar observation. The BRESSER Messier NT-203 with a parabolic main mirror enables observations that wouldn´t have been possible in this price range a few years ago. Through the use of modern manufacturing technology, one can follow the shadows of Jupiter´s moons on the planet itself. The depth of structure and detail on Jupiter´s surface is breath-taking.The Messier NT-203 doesn't however only score in planetary observation: Explore structures in far away galaxies and observe wisps of fog from the nebulae emission in the depth of the Milky Way. Using the Messier NT-203 you can explore the remains of exploded giant stars and the birthplace of new stars. This above-average devise can help you discover the real beauty of our universe! Please note: Reflector telescopes with optical design Newton are very good for astronomical observing at the starry night sky. But these telescopes are not well usable for observing landscape and nature during daylight. BRESSER Messier MC-90/1250 EQ3 Maksutov-Cassegrain Telescope with Smartphone Adapter & Solar Filter
Taking off to the stars from your own balcony – with this complete astronomy set that is easily done. The compact Maksutov-Cassegrain telescope with 90 mm aperture and 1250 mm focal length fits everywhere. And thanks to the high contrast, you will be amazed by fascinating insights into outer space even while standing in the brightly lit city. Especially the Sun, Moon and planets look great through the high-quality optics of the beginner's telescope. The set includes everything you need for successful sky observation: an astronomical Maksutov-Cassegrain telescope with 90 mm aperture and 1250 mm focal length, an equatorial EQ-3 mount, a tripod and extensive accessories. The system impresses with its simple operation, which makes life easier for astronomy beginners in particular. Thanks to its compact dimensions, the powerful telescope is also ideal as a travel telescope for more experienced stargazers. A great combination – the telescope The decisive advantage of the Maksutov-Cassegrain construction: the powerful optics have a long focal length, but can still be easily transported due to their very compact design. The recipe for success is the combined optics of mirrors and lenses with very good imaging properties. The 90 mm aperture admits a lot of light into the beginner's telescope and thus ensures a good resolution. In addition, 90 mm aperture and 1250 mm focal length result in an extremely large focal ratio (ratio of aperture to focal length) of 1 to 13.9 (F/13.9). The impressive result: a very sharp image with excellent contrast. Moon, Sun and planets – especially the celestial bodies in our immediate vicinity are more than worth a look through the BRESSER Messier MC-90/1250 Maksutov-Cassegrain telescope for beginners. But various deep-sky objects are also a sight to behold: go on a discovery tour through space and marvel at open star clusters, globular clusters and so-called planetary nebulae such as the fascinating Dumbbell Nebula M27. Thanks to the resolution of the 90 mm aperture, you can enjoy really sharp images at magnifications of up to about 180x. The technology allows more, but you have to reckon with blurriness at higher magnifications. In addition to your telescope, the air turbulence in the atmosphere (seeing conditions) also determines how much you can actually magnify. Your astronomy start is on a firm footing – mount and tripod The beginner's telescope comes with a height-adjustable aluminium tripod and an equatorial EQ-3 mount – the perfect basis for your exploration of the universe. The special feature of the equatorial mount: you only need to compensate for the movement of the celestial bodies on one axis instead of two. You simply align this axis parallel to the Earth's axis by pointing it approximately at the polar star – a procedure also known as "alignment". For sensitive and comfortable adjustment and tracking, the mount is also equipped with two flexible shafts with fine adjustment. Always ready to hand for every celestial highlight – to this end, your accessories will find their place on the storage plate between the tripod legs. Keep track of things automatically: For this telescope’s equatorial EQ-3 mount, the tracking motor with item number 4951400 is available as an optional accessory. This eliminates the need to manually track a celestial object set in the telescope. When this motor is installed at the mount, it automatically tracks the celestial object, keeping it in the field of view of the eyepiece. This makes observing the night sky even more comfortable! Everything for stunning stargazing – the accessories With the complete astronomy set, your observations will be under a lucky star. The LED viewfinder, which is easily mounted parallel to the telescope, allows you to keep an overview of the night sky. For this purpose, a red dot is projected onto a small ground-glass screen inside the viewfinder. This dot appears to be floating in front of the sky when you look through the viewfinder. And it does so exactly where the aperture of the telescope is pointing. Thus, precise alignment and finding celestial objects becomes super simple! The 26 mm Plössl eyepiece shows greatness in every respect: With it, you can enjoy 48x magnification with very good imaging properties on this telescope. Would you like to look even closer? Then extend your set with additional eyepieces. Because the socket diameter of 31.7 mm (1.25 inch) corresponds to an international and manufacturer-independent standard, you have a wide choice. A comfortable view into the beginner's telescope at all times – this is ensured by the built-in 90-degree star diagonal mirror. So you can look in from the side with ease, even if your telescope is pointing vertically upwards into the sky. It's not just the night sky that fascinates astronomers with beautiful views. Set out with the solar filter to explore our nearest star. Sunspots and granulation on the Sun are guaranteed to amaze you. ATTENTION: Never point the telescope at the Sun without the solar filter! What could be better than reliving unforgettable moments? With the smartphone adapter, the beginner's telescope becomes a giant lens for your mobile phone in no time. So you can easily capture and share your favourite moments with the Moon, Sun etc. FEATURES Entry-level Maksutov-Cassegrain telescope with 90 mm aperture and 1250 mm focal length Very good for observing the Sun, Moon and planets Very compact dimensions, thus well suited for the balcony or as a travel telescope Height-adjustable tripod with equatorial EQ3 mount Precise adjustment through flexible shafts and fine adjustment in both axes Easy to use, good for beginners Focal ratio F/13.9, thus very sharp image and excellent contrast 26 mm eyepiece of the "Plössl" type with 31.7 mm (1.25 inch) socket for 48x magnification Safe solar observation with the included solar filter Entry into astrophotography with smartphone camera adapter SCOPE OF DELIVERY Telescope Aluminium tripod Equatorial EQ3 mount Eyepiece: 26 mm Plössl (1.25 inch socket) Built-in star diagonal mirror LED illuminated dot finder Solar filter Smartphone camera adapter Accessory tray Astronomy software download Instruction manual
