Especially the very sophisticated software makes your entry into astrophotography really easy. With the automatic settings you can produce absolutely presentable results without any previous knowledge. If you like, simply switch off the automatic settings and gradually dare to adjust the individual professional settings.

The new EXPLORE SCIENTIFIC DEEP SKY camera has a highly sensitive and very low-noise SONY Exmor IMX428 CMOS sensor which is additionally cooled down to 40°C below ambient temperature by the two-stage thermoelectric cooling. In contrast to normal DSLR cameras, this guarantees much lower noise and fewer hot pixels in your shots. The images are not only much sharper and more brilliant, but also contain more usable image information. Through the controlled setting of the desired camera temperature, the creation of dark frames under reproducible shooting conditions is possible at any time. The large-format CMOS sensor with 17,6mm diagonal also allows large image fields and simplifies the adjustment and centering of objects considerably.

The camera has a built-in USB hub with 2 x USB2.0 ports at the rear. Connect your additional autoguider camera or motor focus etc. via a short USB cable and reduce the risk of cable spaghetti and cable breaks. Separate cable connections between your accessories and your computer are no longer necessary.

sturdy hard case for the camera plus accessories is also included.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Don't get confused by the megapixel data and the contrary price structure. In the field of astronomy, the key criterion is not the sensor resolution but the maximum light sensitivity. The main goal is to capture as much light as possible in a short time.

BRESSER Full HD Deep-Sky Camera & Guider 1.25"
BRESSER Full HD Deep Sky Camera with autoguider: a great camera for different types of astrophotography and for autoguiding. Not only suitable for planets, but also for deep-sky objects such as galaxies, nebulae and star clusters. Dedicated ToupSky Astro Imaging software supports video preview, video recording, video processing, image capture and processing, dark field correction and raw data output. Easy to use, but with professional results. One of the main features of the new backlit SONY IMX290 CMOS sensor is its high light sensitivity, which makes it possible to detect deep-sky objects without active cooling. SONY has increased the quantum efficiency at 533 nm wavelength up to 77%, which is much better than other CMOS sensors have been able to achieve in the past. Connect this camera to a guidescope and attach the camera's built-in ST-4 port, directly to your telescope's equatorial mount guide port and autoguide - using many popular audioguiding programs (PHD, Guidedog and more). Autoguiding enables you to take accurate pictures with long exposure times of several minutes. Thanks to the extra light-sensitive camera, you now always have a suitable guide star to hand, even using short exposure times. An ST-4 protocol connection cable is also included. Simple automatic tracking at its best. You can use this camera with all guiding telescopes, or off-axis guiders that accept a 1.25 " tube, 1.25" filter thread (M28.5x0.6) or C-mount adapter thread (1 "x1 /32"). IMPORTANT NOTES: This is not a stand-alone guider camera. You always need a Windows 10/11 computer to take pictures and for autoguiding. The autoguider software is not included. You can use PHD2 Guiding, Guidedog, Metaguide, Guidemaster (freeware) or AstroArt, MaxIm DL (paid). EXPLORE SCIENTIFIC HR Coma Corrector
After three years of testing and refining we are extremely proud to present the new Explore Scientific High Resolution (HR) Coma Corrector. This corrector is a class of it´s own - it is fully functional for visual use and expands the focal length by only 6%! The Explore Scientific Coma Correktor is delivered as a complete set together with a rotating helical focuser with laser-etched scale, so you get a full package: corrector, adaptor to T2 (M42x0.75mm), adaptor to M48 (M48x0.75) and the helical focuser for visual fun. This coma corrector really is "high resolution" - it deliveres a visual polystrehl performance of 0,98 at f/4 and 0,96 at f/3! So it can stay in the telescope - and you will not only enjoy a tack-sharp Jupiter, but aslo sharp and defined moons in the future! What this means in terms of performance is shown in the three pictures with the graphs - the sharpness increase in those comparisons with and without corrector are stunning (examples are 400mm f/4, f/3,5 and f/3). Please notice: These graphs are for FLAT FIELD! You will get this performance without refocussing! Diameter of the field is 30mm - it doesn´t make sense to increase this with 2" and fast optical systems. Length of the 2" corrector barrel is approx. 85mm and it can be used with almost all 2" focusers on the market. To use the HR Coma Corrector visually, you need to have at least 32mm spare inward travel at your focuser, while the focus is on the same plane as the focusers end. Photographically there is no problem - the HR Coma Corrector shifts the focus outward by about 35mm, so that you will have no problem in achieving focus, when you are able to focus your camera without the HR Coma Corrector. FEATURESEliminates coma, field-curvature and astigmatism in newtonians Diffraction limited performance on axis and in the field Flattens the field Works for very fast systems down to f/3 Four-lens construction Can be used with almost all 2" focusers on the market SCOPE OF DELIVERY High Resolution (HR) Coma Corrector Adaptor to T2 (M42x0.75mm) Adaptor to M48 (M48x0.75) Helical focuser

EXPLORE SCIENTIFIC 3" 0.7x Reducer/corrector
The EXPLORE SCIENTIFIC 3" 0.7x Reducer/corrector, reduces a compatible telescope's focal length by a factor of 0.7x (for around f/8) and 0.8x (for around f/10) respectively. The reducer/corrector not only reduces the focal length but also flattens the field. Although originally developed for the Explore Scientific ED-APOs 127mm and 152mm, the reducer can be used with many systems - for example with the Explore Scientific ED-APOs 102mm and 165mm (please note, this will not work on the Explore Scientific 80mm ED Apo refractors though). With certain telescope focal lengths, a slight restriction of the correction at the edge of the image field can be expected when using full-frame sensors. This unit comes with 3" barrel adaptor for direct focuser thread M54x0.75 (the standard focuser thread of the Explore Scientific Essential series of ED Apos) and T2 camera adaptor. This reducer/corrector features a free aperture of 65mm, so that it can be used even with cameras that have a large sensor - if the telescope allows for this. Note: As previously mentioned, this Reducer/corrector comes with a screw on ring, which fits the standard focuser thread of the Explore Scientific Essential series of ED Apos. For telescopes which are equipped with the 2.5" HEX Focuser, the optional screw-on adapter part no: 0510366 is needed. Other telescopes, not in the Explore Scientific range, with standard 2" push-fit focusers will need the Explore Scientific 2" Adaptor for 3" Corrector - part no: 0510364 to get this reducer correctly fitted. SPECIFICATIONS Reduces the focal length by 0.7x at f/8 Flattens the field for astrophotography Developed for ED127 und ED152 APO telescopes Also fits Explore Scientific ED102 and ED165 telescopes - and others Free aperture: 65mm Inner thread for telescope adaption: M76x0.75mm Outer thread for camera adaption: M72x0.75mm 3" focuser barrel adaptor included Adaptor for Explore Scientific focuser M54x0.75mm included T2 camera adaptor M42x0.75mm included Diameter: 78.5mm; length: 100mm Length without adaptors: 52mm Weight without adaptors: 530g What's Included Reducer/Flattener 3" focuser barrel adaptor Adaptor for Focuser M54x0.75mm T2 camera adaptor M42x0.75mm Dust caps

BRESSER T2 Extension Tube Set
Set of 5 extension tubes with T2 thread on both sides for exact distances and secure hold of cameras for astrophotography. Also comes with SC to T2 thread adapter. In astrophotography, most cameras are connected to a telescope via a T2 thread (M42x0.75), the most popular international standard. However, in many cases, T2 and T2-ring adapters for connecting telescope focusers to a camera are not sufficient, as specific distances must also be observed. This is especially important when using correctors, reducers or flatteners. This extension tube set, which consists of 5 mm, 7.5 mm, 10 mm, 15 mm and 30 mm tubes, will allow you to obtain almost any distance using the corresponding combination. Each tube has a T2 interior thread on one side and a T2 exterior thread on the other side. Most telescopes either include a T2 thread adapter, or the eyepiece can be used with a simple T2 thread adapter with a 2” plug-in diameter (item no. 0510365).However, Maksutov-Cassegrain, Schmidt-Cassegrain, ACF or Ritchey–Chrétien telescopes may use a so-called SC thread. To allow you to use this extension tube set with these telescopes, the set also includes an SD to T2 thread adapter.FEATURES5 T2 tubes with lengths from 5 mm to 30 mmCombination of tubes allows you to obtain distances of 5 mm to 67.5 mmFor exact camera distances in astrophotographyDELIVERY CONTENT5x T2 extension tubes (5/7.5/10/15/30 mm)1x SC to T2 thread adapter

EXPLORE SCIENTIFIC Deep Sky Astro Camera 16MP
High resolution deep sky camera with large Panasonic CMOS sensor and active cooling. Enter the world of astrophotography now. With the new EXPLORE SCIENTIFIC DEEP SKY ASTRO camera you get a modern complete package for the comfortable shooting of astro photos and videos. Finally, an easy-to-use camera for capturing galaxies, star clusters, the moon and even planets with high resolution and low sensor noise. Thanks to the fast USB 3.0 computer interface, all image data is transferred within a few seconds. Long waiting times are now history. Simply connect the camera to your telescope using the T2 female thread (M42.0.75mm) or the supplied 2" (50.8mm) plug-in adapter and after installing the drivers and the included EXPLORE Capture recording and editing software, you are ready to take the first real astro photos with a highly specialized camera for your application.  The EXPLORE Capture Pro software included in delivery not only offers the basic functions required for image and video capture, but also many helpful special functions for image post-processing and camera setup. Functions such as live image display, exposure settings, white balance, dark image print, stacking, timelapse recording and much more can be configured individually. Especially the very sophisticated software makes your entry into astrophotography really easy. With the automatic settings you can produce absolutely presentable results without any previous knowledge. If you like, simply switch off the automatic settings and gradually dare to adjust the individual professional settings. The new EXPLORE SCIENTIFIC DEEP SKY camera has a highly sensitive and very low-noise Panasonic CMOS sensor which is additionally cooled down to 40°C below ambient temperature by the two-stage thermoelectric cooling. The large-format CMOS sensor with 21.9mm diagonal also allows large image fields and simplifies the adjustment and centering of objects considerably. A sturdy hard case for the camera plus accessories is also included. IMPORTANT NOTES: Don't get confused by the megapixel data and the contrary price structure.
